Exactly, it wasn't the greatest throw but he saw him and made a good enough throw. Mac is straight up not seeing guys when they are open. Not making the same quick snappy decisions.
Have the people putting a fork in Mac and anointing Zappe after 3 weeks been watching this league for more than a couple years? I like what I'm seeing too, but we all know things can change on dime in this league. I personally like having the QB competition between them going forward. They have cheap contracts and may the real deal emerge from it barring injury. Maybe a little humble pie will be good Mac. We'll see what he's really made of after this.

Jones has played like crap tonight and deserved to be benched. I am not saying to defend Jones. It just was an overthrown ball, It is to Zappe‘s credit to see the blown coverage. He just overthrew Meyers And Meyers made an incredible play on the ball.
