This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
It isn't a death sentence, but I am of the belief if you are not a playoff contender, then you certainly don't want to be a treadmill team. Without a stud QB you don't win anything. They have a golden opportunity to get said QB in a season where nobody cares who wins. 2020 will go down with an * and what better year to grab a top QB, trade for a big time receiver and boom, take off next year?
I would disagree that you need a stud quarterback to win a Super Bowl… Many teams have proven that as long as you have a kick ass defense and at least a productive offense you can win it all… Patriots did it in 2001 three and four
I gotta say, McDaniels really blew it early with his play calling. There was a critical window early when they should’ve been pounding the ball and utilizing designed runs for Cam, but just fell into blasé, drop-back passing.
McD’s play calling failures have been an issue going back to last season. He doesn’t have much to work with but he carries responsibility for this too.
Personnel management, coaching, playing ... consistent failures at every level.
You don’t just make changes because someone isn’t having a good day. Cam Newton came in late in the off season and almost immediately took Stidham’s role and Bill regressed Stidham to third string. That doesn’t happen for no reason.
They already know what they what they have in Stidham. That’s why he’s on the bench.
“You never know” is just generic fan wank that every fanbase does when they don’t like what’s going on. It’s code for “I didn’t see what the coaches are very clear on and I choose to believe in the unknown for no reason besides it’s convenient”
Because you have a better chance this season with Cam and it’s a waste of time to create a controversy because you put in garbage like Stidham so you can have a demoralized Cam and a demoralized Stidham. Because after today you likely are going to need to go back to Cam.
If you want to tank, put Stidham in the rest of the year. But then realize a lot of these guys are going to start accepting mediocre and it’s going to take a year or so to
@Ian its time for you to look into this because this is becoming annoying being called a troll.
If you even bother reading this thread most people are being negative because how the game is turning out to be.
We should all be happy that our team is getting blown out at home?
I don't want to have to go back and get all your posts and I won't spend another minute arguing with you. This goes back to last year. Please don't troll. Thanks and hopefully we can get back into this game.
