I don’t think a middle class FA exists anymore for the Pats to be active in days 2-3 as they have been in years past.

There will be one on days that follow 2-3. Keep in mind that the majority of players that get signed now are pretty much all similar. What is left in 2 weeks is pretty close to what signs now for 5m APY. You just have to know what you are looking for and not go out and do "name shopping".

People keep talking about salary being an issue but I still dont understand how a guy who regularly takes plays off and cares more about the money than the sport will pass the BB smell test.

But maybe BB will finally stop using the "first one in, last one out" phrase when he describes Suh.
