This wasn't the case. It was Harry or Williams for the Pats at 32. Falcons jumped the Pats because Pats weren't trading out and they were desperate for an OT and were picking 13th in the 2nd. 4 OT came off the board in the 2nd before their 2nd round pick (which was the pick Pats moved up to get for Williams) came up.
