Also i heard on the radio that generally the clerks write the decision(under direction of the judge) and then the judge edits and makes changes to it where he thinks he needs it. This almost all of us knew, the next part was news to me.
It seems though at the end of Aug/beginning of Sept is when the clerks switch out (The clerks tend to be recent graduates that for 1 year do the job for experience).
So basically it is possible he just got brand new clerks who have never done this before so he will need to do a lot of extra editing or write the whole thing himself.
Again, just what i heard so take it with a grain of salt.
