Saw a 5th round grade on Woodson. Reach?

A lot of us had a 5th or 6th on him. Early but he was identified at a position of need and as a sleeper. Just happy we got him and we knew who he was.

I didn't think he was too big of a reach. I saw this as a 4th rounder.

Daniel Jeremiah had him 90th. So it just depends who you ask. Based on that the Pats stole him.

Anyone questioning a 4th round pick and calling it a reach is absolutely hilarious. Just because it doesn’t matchup to and NFL draft magazine you bought at the local Borders books doesn’t make it a reach. Good lord get a grip.

And they are calling him “ too slow,” even though he runs a 4.45 40, which is hardly slow for a safety,

The only redeeming thing I can say about this pick is California had one of the best pass defenses in the ACC.

Yea 3rd round for Woodson is insane imo. Like imagine skipping a player like Kyle Williams for Woodson. Just not the same caliber of player. I'm hoping for a ST role from him but he's not that great in coverage or run support. He's not good enough to beat out anyone in front of him on our team. Hoping for a ST role but yea my least fav pick so far considering who else was on the board
