michael wilson.. also gone.. damn !! he is a tough wide receiver and superb route runner. i feel this might be the draft that makes our offense the worst in NFL...

Steelers are legendary in drafting….. especially wide, receivers and tight ends
Already know they’ll tap into Washington’s receiving potential. Just wait for them to follow it up by drafting some 5th round WR who becomes something. It’s maddening to watch but got to respect it

It's the usual ****. "Duhhhhhhh wellllllllll uhhh this site I looked at said he's a 5th round pick so he must SUCK"

Meanwhile other experts say he's their favorite player. So obviously opinions differ, and none of it matters because we have no idea what the 32 teams think of these players, which are completely different from these draft boards that the media create.

Instead of complaining people should do what you did - look at the tape and make your own opinions. Being mad because you're borrowing the ranking of players from someone else and the drafting of a player doesn't align with the ranking of that random person you happened to choose doesn't make it a bad pick. Was Kyle Dugger a bad pick? Same situation.
Nonsense!

We KNOW there is a definitive list that is available to fans, but not NFL personnel, that definitively states how high a player should go.

Any player picked earlier than this list says they should be, is a reach, and the one who chose him is an idiot.

I thought that we might draft Washington or Freeland.

I'm fine with a utility player who could be Dugger's backup.
2 out of 3 gone.. only blake remaining

Pats can get a blocking TE undrafted.

Hopefully Dhopkins is coming to NE but I don't see it. That would bolster the WR group for real.
Not unless Bill O’Brien is being named Defensive Coordinator..

Crud - perhaps the best blocking TE just went to the Steelers. May have been a nice upgrade for our Red Zone woes as well..

WR group doesn’t need to be bolstered if we bolster the OL. Give Mac all day and the WR corps we have will be fine, plenty good enough for someone to get open.

For all the noise about BOB reviving the offense I’m really expecting the most important new hire to be Klemm. It’s always good to add youth and talent to the OL but I think we’ve already got the ingredients for a pretty good OL if they’re coached up well and play together as well as they are capable of. Not crapping the bed like last year.

BB obviously didn’t value him that high

Hey guys, only 20 picks til the Pats are on the clock again. Lol

And then 10 more picks til they're up again.

And then 3 more picks til they're up again.

And then 15 more picks til they're up again.

Sounds like "Bill liked him and that's why he got drafted". I know Bill loves the safety/LB hybrid and it seems to be his white whale but Kyle Digger seems to already be in that role. I guess he plans on letting Dugger walk? I don't know. Just a bad pick and very reminiscent of Bill's last bunch of drafts.
BB probably got his special teamer in early with this Mapu kid.

Scouting report: 6th round projection, 3.34 draft grade.

BB was like, "Well, I like our first two picks, let's get them special teamers in early!!"

Offense, what's offense?

Mac Jones could be seen outside the Draft Venue begging for handouts after his Head Coach starved him out!!!

Figured there’d be atleast one player on offense drafted in the top 100. Took a peak, and 2015 is the last year the Pats haven’t done so. Took Tre Jackson that year at 111.
