IDK why anyone who did their research are surprised by the trade down. We knew going in there would be a quality cliff right around 14 which was hit at around 12. I hope they trade down again so they can stack picks in the 25-70 range which is where the meat of this draft is. Every elite player was off of the board when they went to pick.

A fourth down pick doesn't seem like much to move down. Granted, it's only three spots, but I would have expected more.

That is poor value, but this is not a top-heavy draft. Not many teams looking to trade up. Many want to trade down.

Sorry, but it's pretty clear PIT won the deal. The way I look at it, I'd give up a 4th to move up from 14 to 17 since I know most analysts says the draft is really only 14 players deep (and DET's crap pick means da Jete probably get that 14th guy)
