why wouldnt Maroney start? He was picked in round 1..he showed tremendous talent.

Philly gets the Cleveland 2, a 3rd pick and a 5th pick for Philly's 1st.

I had Maroney as option 1 last year with Jackson option 2. This year I've liked Meriweather for months, and everyone on here knows that because we had a heated arguement about his character. Well, I'm 3 for 3 the past two years.

Saints have a few options: Houston..replace Burned Thomas..Branch..solidify DL..Meachem..they need another WR..David Harris.. i hear they liked him a LOT aswell

I thought we would get Griffin at first but then when it was down to Meriweather my dad was saying there is no way we pass on Beason. "Meriweather is a jerk", all this crap. And I am just saying "you're wrong, you're wrong"

I wanna trade down with the Dolphins or the lions or some team who doesn't wanna lose the next great qb and then pick up lamar woodley and i shall be happy. if not Chris Houston is real good and we could get rid of assante easier.
Does anybody have a feeling if we draft houston that samuel will be traded for like a second and third.

Me too, because they were two of the three guys I wanted in the first. I'd be thrilled with Merriweather and Harris, as they'd address our CB/S and LB needs right away with guys who are real solid players. That leaves the rest of the draft to just build depth on defense and offense.

BTW seb, do you know why we picked him at #24 instead of later @ 28?
