Now Mason and Kline are hurt?!?!

Mason would be a huge loss in the run game if he can't go. His pulling and trapping has been like watching a modern art masterpiece unfold.

Yeah, but we got Wendell back and Stork soon.

Nice depth inside.

Game 6 and we are inching toward a "I just can't take it". How does game 6 stack up against past seasons for this??

It's a part of the game. We're actually covering pretty well. Last season seemed an unusually healthy one, but LaFell was probably hobbled.

Other teams have much worse.

Last year around this time, Ridley and Mayo went down with season-enders. Things settled down after that. Let's hope this season is similar.

Lose to the Jets and to the Fins the following Thursday and they'll have to close the Tobin Bridge.

If those two losses happen I guarantee you that night the first line from the 11:00 news will be: Taday in Bawstan a mass of cahs stowped on the bridge and drivas jumped into the wata....

On a serious note: after the deflategate sham and the harsh reality of learning (or relearning) what a stupid, knee jerk world we live in as well as then starting off the season blazing white hot, a lot of Patriot Nation may not especially be mentally prepared for the ebbs that are likely to happen. Obviously the odds are the Patriots will lose a game or two or three.
People need to remember to calm down if/when this happens. As my sig says: Blowout loss spells dynasty end -- which ended in SB victory. To quote a movie: as the zen master said, we'll see.

Interesting side note: with everything that has happened in the offseason, then what has happened so far this season, what are the odds the season keeps going like this? Won't the storyline clearly be: 'Curse of Deflategate'. Not saying it will happen but consider how this season has unfolded so far: Brady and the Patriots are the brightest start in the sky, Harbaugh is WELL on his way to his worst W-L record for a season, Pagano already struggling then pulls snapfu in front of the Patriots -- seems he is on his way to being out of job, and fair chance at minimum Grigson will be on short notice his job is in jeopardy.

Unless you require the full circle and Goodell ends up indicted for racketeering , Deflategate so far is turning out to be a season of reckoning. Hopefully nothing derails some of the main Deflategate actors receiving payment....

Don't care for these early bye weeks. The end of the first quarter of the season is way too soon.

A loss would be devastating, even if they ran the table and won the Super Bowl it wouldn't matter.

Actually I read a report that listed the Patriots as #5 in injuries this season.
