I think the answer here is pretty simple. He does seem to be a little frustrating at times with his play calling but at other times he is good. I imagine that is the nature of calling plays (hit or miss). But I think where he really deserves the accolades he is getting is with his working with Cassel and making an offense run all mos as effeciant with Brady as with out. I think his game plans tend to be really well (SB aside). He has had the best offense in the league 2 years in a row and some annoyance with his play calling doesn't change that. Maybe he is not the best play caller but he has proven to be a really good coach and I think he deserves his shot while I hope he choses to stay one more year.
