What the hell were the Rams doing with Fisher in charge? Fisher would have destroyed him.

Greg Olson (QB Coach for the Rams) is the guy responsible. He made Blake Bortles look decent in 2015-2016 and that's nothing but a miracle. He worked with Carr in the beginning of his career (including that big 2nd year jump).

He was meh as OC though, so maybe that's why he's sticking with QBs.
