I don't know all the finer details of the game. When I played DE I was told to set the edge and rush the QB every play. But why was the clock still running when the Buc receivers were getting rubbed out of bound?

They have to still be making forward progress going out of bounds.

I did recall the rule about backing out of bounds, but I was sure they were both moving forward. Didn't make sense. They seemed to pause the clock a few seconds then restart.

Evans was certainly going forward, he even tried to reach the ball forward on his way out. Should've stopped but didn't actually watch if it did.

I think Brady and Rodgers are just fine. Coaching and player mistakes are the main issues to varying degrees for each each team. Obviously the Bucs are more talented on O with the exception of RB, but the preparation and play calls are criminally bad on Tampa that render all that talent useless.

Clock only stops for going out of bounds in the final 2 minutes of the first half and final 5 minutes of the second half.

I was trying to help get my 1-month old to sleep, so I was kind of/sort of watching, but it looked like he was moving parallel. The clock wouldn’t get stopped in that case. But, again, I only saw the end of the play.

No chance the D gets a stop and Bucs not only drive for a TD, but convert the 2, then score in OT.

If Leftwich isn't fired by Monday, I doubt I'm watching another Bucs game this year.
