Yep. I don't get the lack of respect for the Broncos from some folks here. Even if they weren't the defending SB champs they beat us twice last year and enough over the years to have earned that.

So having the opinion that the broncos are not the best team in 2016 as @FourierSeries said is disrespecting them? Oh give me a f**king break. Tired of the people on here that whine every time they think the broncos "get disrespected" because a Pats fan doesn't think they are the best team in the league this year.

He is not that restricted with his opinion, you don't give him nearly enough credit.

Maybe you do, maybe you don't. The Pats would probably beat them in a best of seven, or maybe even a best of three series, but anything can happen in one game. It's cliche, but that defense is extremely opportunistic. Not to mention that the offense can improve a lot from now, by the time the two teams meet. They have a top 10 upside on offense.

If we score 20+ points, have an average game on defense and don't **** our bed like we did the last two times with completely boneheaded turnovers they are toast.

I think people shouldn't expect the donkeys game to be a cakewalk. They have to play very sound football to win in denver.

Sure I am, they have one of the better receiving corps in the NFL, and two very good runners. Pretty crappy oline though, but yeah, I can see them hovering around the 10th spot by the end of the year. Even if they don't though, they can still beat anybody in one game, especially the Pats. They are a matchup nightmare for your team. There is not another team in the NFL that has this combination of corners and pass rush. That's how you beat Brady, as they showed numerous times in the last couple of years. Will it happen again? Maybe not, but saying that there is no chance for it to happen, is pure homerism, nothing more.

You do realize the amount of players the Pats were missing in the regular season game, right? Yet they were up 14 points, on the road with LaFell and Keyshawn Martin as top WRs, and should've won... but lost because of a muffed punt by a practice squad call-up and some outrageous calls. By the time the playoffs came around, Denver barely squeaked by a Bell-less, Brown-less, DeAngelo Williams-less, limp shoulder Roethlisberger - and a Steelers practice squad RB fumbled the ball to Denver late in the game to hand them a W. They go on to squeak by the T-1St most IR'd players in the league Patriots, thanks to a rare missed XP and an absurd, unchanged mistake in giving away the snap count.

They're not good. They're even worse this year. Look what happened the last time these two teams played when both healthy. Pats murdered them.

edit: I described exactly what happened last year. There's nothing to "disagree" with. Anyone disagreeing should head back to the Broncos forum. Bunch of babies scared of "disrespecting" the Broncos.

You are, of course, wrong on all accounts, but that's nothing new. I'm not salty, at all. I have tremendous respect for the Pats, they are a great team to dislike, because when they go out and win it, like they did in 2014, it's not hard to give them credit.
