They fail to call DPI on Skrine against Dorsett, and now OPI on Lockett the receiver on a contested deep ball. What does a receiver have to do to get some correct calls going deep?

What do you expect in a league where PI is not even called consistently by the ref crew in the same game. The rulebook is just not enforceable with the human eye anymore. It needs to be simplified to take make those calls more black and white even if it means stricter rules. I would rather have consistency and less exciting games than this mess.
