Embarrassing by the raiders defense

More trouble in Miami before they played their first down of the season.

Lawrence Timmons inactive for Dolphins' game vs. Chargers after going AWOL on Saturday

Timmons, an 11-year veteran who is beginning his first season with the Dolphins, reportedly went AWOL on Saturday according to Fox Sports.

A league source said the Dolphins found him, and are trying to gather more information about his disappearance.

Lawrence Timmons’ status unclear after leaving Dolphins without notice

Timmons signed a two-year, $12 million contract with the Dolphins this year after playing the last 10 years with the Steelers. He went through training camp and the preseason without any incidents, and he was expected to be the team’s starting strong side linebacker.

Dolphins' Lawrence Timmons found after going AWOL

The Miami Dolphins linebacker Lawrence Timmons has been located by the team after he went AWOL on Saturday and was unable to be reached.

FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reported that the team had been trying to find Timmons and get more information after he was angered by something and left the team.

He is not with the team for Sunday afternoon's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. His streak of 101 consecutive games started is expected to come to an end.

Dolphins to start rookie LB Chase Allen for Lawrence Timmons

Timmons and Maualuga were projected starters at linebacker, and their absence weakens a crew that was already being eyed with suspicion with Hull starting for Maualuga, who reported overweight and out of shape and now has a hamstring injury.

Apparently, the roofies wore off.

Jimmy Graham is down in Seattle. Tried to walk off and fell back to the turf. Not good.
