I haven‘t heard this about his attitude but obv there is a flag when a franchise with a Maximum average o line is willing to Trade a Second round rookie OT despite new Scheme Coach etc

I don't know him or pretend to but I guess he had some issues with different members on that staff.

I think McDaniels is a Jack-@$z with zero interpersonal skills. It worked in NE, with BB providing the legitimate authority behind him. I mean, if BB approves of the offense, players will buy in. He doesn’t have that in LV, just like he didn’t in Denver. I bet he’ll have a largely discontented team pretty quickly.

Skippy clearly wasn’t ready to be a HC when he took the Donkeys gig in ‘09 and tried too much to be a Little Bill Junior… The victory lap he took after beating us in OT that season was particularly clownish… But I believe he’s learned & matured during the past decade-plus after his return; and in no way, shape or form is he in even the same area code of Jackass-ness as Phatt Matt & Joey Judge are… In fact, I’ll be cheering for him very, Very enthusiastically to crush the Evil of the Reid & Mahomey families this & every season thereafter…

The fist pumps were embarrassing and so was taping another team's practice when he was caught and punished. I also think he's matured a lot and he's ready now to be an NFL HC.

Penning getting kicked out of practice his rookie year is comedy gold. A couple of those fights stemmed from him just going overboard and finishing his blocks in a physical way. One of those fights was just him being an ass, though.
