Watching other teams call offense, I am surprised that people give McDaniels so much crap. What is Haley thinking? The Ravens' defensive strength is their front seven and the they are not respecting the run and pinning their ears back. How does Haley respond? Plays that take a long time to develop down the field where Roethlisberger has to stand in the pocket for 3-4 second. Why not utilize the short passing game more and throw more delayed screens to use the Ravens' aggressiveness against them?

The way the Steelers are playing is playing right into the Ravens' hands.

Our offense won't score many pts against this ravens team. Our defense will have to win the game for us.

You're in luck. This Patriots defense has been keeping us in games like that all year against probably better offenses. I'm not worried about this year's team at all. I guess it's possible that they lose, but I wouldn't bet on it.

I doubt our ol can handle ravens DL, even if they are all healthy.

Yeah but that's been the case against the Giants and Ravens both times. Highly doubt we blow them out. It'll be a grinder.

They won't. Pitt doesn't have a gronk. Pitt has a AB who is very good..and right now that's about it. Wheaton and Bryant are VERY inconstant

Nobody has a Gronk to be fair, he's a 1/1. Theoretically if Ladarius Webb continues this kind of play, he takes out 1 of Edelman/Lafell. That leaves us Gronk and 1 other viable option passing it. We would be relying heavily on wright/Amendola to tip the scales in our favor. I think we win @ home in a closer game than some think, but i'm Not super confident in that scenario like some people seem to be, and that's assuming the O-line doesn't play like it has been recently. Physical defenses have been our Achilles heel for quite some time and the Ravens are still that.

I don't expect to run much against that front 7. Enough to stay balanced and convert short yardage would be a win for me.
