NFL Draft Talk

I thought we traded Milton too soon. I bet we could have gotten a round higher from the Saints if we had waited till now. And we wouldn't have to send as much back as we did.
Unless Milton was going to burn down One Patriots place I didn't see the rush.

Maybe Dallas will trade Milton to the Saints now.

The receiver I covet most besides Hunter, Egbuka, Harris & Higgins.

I wouldn’t mind drafting BOTH Iowa State receivers. You get a really speedy WR in Noel who can play inside and outside, and big, fast enough outside receiver with contested catch ability in Higgins.

How about one Iowa State WR and Iowa States LT as a combo instead?

Look at Dart’s baby face and pretty boy tussled blonde hair….Zach Wilson bust vibes all day long.

There is no way that a guy who looks like that is going to be successful in the NFL as a starting quarterback. It’s science.

Bonus bust points: His brother’s name is Diesel. Diesel f’ing Dart. Lol. You also cannot be a successful starting quarterback when your brother’s name is Diesel. another science-based fact.

Finally, somebody needs to tell crazy eyes McShay to lay off the yayo.
Have to disagree here. If I was one of these QB desperate teams, Jaxson Dart would be right there next to Cam Ward for me.

The guy was a stud and led the SEC in every positive statistical category there is. He also has good size at 6'2" 225 pounds. I'd be spending a high first round pick on him if I were one of these teams.

Too nobody in particular....

Don't look at the RAS score alone, the final score and these graphics are silly.

Look at the big picture; weight, height, length, strength, speed, vertical/broad, agility drills... the final RAS score is irrelevant, especially if the player only competed in a of couple drills.

And I have used relative athleticism in my evaluations for decades, long before twitter or these graphics appeared. Once you have an athletic profile of said player, you go back and look at stats again.

Add the production, athleticism, and whatever personality profile a team can glean from interviews and third party interviews... then you have a real evaluation.

A graphic on twitter isn't worth much...

I can’t tell it if you are serious or is this another Pats fans QB joke comment, with the goal of trying to convince Cleveland or the Giants to take a quarterback ahead of the Patriots at 4.

Both... but I'd prefer he not end up in the AFC East.

Good summary.
There’s no question it’ll be better to pick an OT with our first pick. However, Banks intrigues me as a target if we trade down to the 10 range. I think you get a solid starter with Campbell, Membou, or Banks.

Never mind, I thought the 6 was an 8 because I can't read apparently.

Never saw him play, but his highlights are really good. 4.40, and an amazing 3 cone, good size at 6’2” 210, and his vertical was good. Watching the highlights, you can see it all, so quick and sudden. Hopefully the Pats have their eyes on him as a late round pick or UDFA.
