Honestly, i never felt super confortable when he was in, even though he did well in the play offs

So far the draft has been very good, not like last years head scratcher. We still need a TE and OL. Pats still have one more pick in this round so let's see what they do .

They are morphing into a run first team. RBs take a pounding, Sony’s knee is meh and the league us getting small on D.

All part of Bill zigging when others zag. They must feel very good about Wynn, and right tackles are easier to find.

One can argue the pick is something of a luxury but if the Pats are transitioning back to a power run team, I've no issue with a stable of quality backs. Hot hands and keeping guys fresh is paramount.

Also, let's not discount drafting and locking in a player for need when you're not fond of the player. That's bad business.
