Mike LaFleur is an interesting one. He’s already the OC for the Rams but can’t call plays since that’s McVay’s territory. He probably wants to go call plays somewhere to raise his profile and become an HC eventually. They’d need to give him some kind of creative title that would be considered a “promotion”.

Eh. take a look at Caley’s record as TE coach here after Gronk, it wasn’t good at all. He did not develop any prospect and wasn’t able to get production from high priced FA Jonnu Smith. I’m hoping for a lot better than that for the Pats.
