Rodgers without the scrambling ability still looks elite to me. But it knocks him down from #1 to maybe #4. His passes are still fine but is presence from within the pocket his being exposed. He does not know how to react when pressure is around him and he can't just run out of the pocket. He is not good at sliding around in it.

If his injury is affecting his scrambling, then I highly doubt it wouldn't also affect his footwork inside the pocket.
