Desmond King is somebody I liked during the 2017 draft process... He'll always have trouble against long, tall, deep speed on the Outside; but he's a much better Slot CB and can also play a legit Free Safety... Played all 17 games last season too...

I wonder how the Pats feel about Dean, who was the Shrine Bowl defensive MVP but went undrafted after posting a 4.68 40. His elite 6.68 3-cone time caught my eye. May be a guy who plays faster than his 40 time. I don’t see how they would fit him on their 53, though, unless Bill is willing to quit Bryant.

Why are they cutting him and why couldn’t they get something for him, even a late round pick swap?



Would seem to be a good acquisition, but those tackle numbers could actually be able a red flag. Probably indicates that receivers are catching a lot of passes in close proximity to him. 4.6 40 guy and only 5’10” but elite 3-cone (6.67).

I haven't watched him play, but looking at his numbers, he seems like a slightly bigger version of Myles Bryant.

It’s been a rough few years for Henry Anderson. He tore his pec with the Patriots in 2021, had a stroke last October while with the Panthers, and ended up on IR today.

With only a few moves left for the Panthers, former Patriots Nick Thurman and LaBryan Ray remain on the roster.
