Todd Haley won’t be back for another season as the Steelers offensive coordinator, but he may be back in the AFC North.

Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that the Browns have engaged Haley in “serious talks” about joining Hue Jackson’s staff as offensive coordinator.

Don't want to lose him don't like the Patriots coaching staff leave in Mass Exodus don't want to stretch Bill thin.
Not to mention who else may get poached by Josh or Matt.
Would feel alot better about the teams future with Jimmy behind Tom.
What happens if IF Tommy without his BFF retires after this or next season.
Not loving the idea.

Yes shoulda kept Jimmy in case Tom Brady hates the new OC so much that he changes everything he’s ever said about how long he intends to play and retires instead, totally logical.

It’d be ideal to keep the “next man up” coaching treadmill going as it always has here - meaning Flores and I guess O’Shea. Like everyone else I thought Josh and Matt would eventually have to move elsewhere to HC if they knew the NE job wasn’t going to open anytime soon. but Flores getting poached this year and disrupting that system certainly wasn’t something I would have expected. Too bad they can’t all be like Dante.

Heard on reddit that Arizona is likely to choose Wilks as HC. Flores seems to be next up as DC for the Pats. A worthy choice if it ends up being the case.

I realize that the Super Bowl is priority one, but thinking of coaches for next season.

Glad to hear that Flores might be staying--would hate to lose all three (including McDaniels & Patricia).

If Flores becomes DC, who will become OC? O'Shea? Will BB take on OC duties?
