I think the runs are "settling down" the ATL defense.
Yep, it's also what SF does best. Excellent awareness by Harbaugh not to let the defecit dictate what they do and start pressing.

EVERYONE was picking SF in this game. Just like Denver vs. Baltimore last week. It seems like SF was a bit complacent about this one. I'm sure BB will be hammering this message home to the Pats. No let up.
Never underestimate the ability of Atlanta to choke away a lead.Guys the game isnt over, take it easy with the Harbowl being over talk...
9ers gaining some steam now through the ground
not to toot my own horn but:
i chose Bal, and i chose ATL
(only one i was wrong about last week was GB)
SF's defense hasn't been the same since Justin Smith got hurt against us. I don't think he's physically able to hook linemen and open up passing lanes for Aldon Smith the way he was before. SF was never a blitzing team, and their CBs aren't exceptional. With Chris Clemons injured last week and without any pressure up front, even Seattle's much better secondary couldn't hold up against the Falcon's WRs.
Picking Atlanta is one thing, calling 17-0 early 2nd Q is another.
SF needs to show up.
Regards,
Chris

Not quite everyone....
A very good point. I have to wonder how many surprises BB has saved up, especially with Brian Daboll coming on board and adding his experience to Josh McD's.
You need to be wrong on at least one of those counts this week.
Have a feeling SF is gonna figure this out. I don't think Atl. is that good.
