People keep talking about how speedy Thornton is but speed isn't' everything. Bethel Johnson had speed and look what happened with him.

The main reason Thuney was knocked out of most teams’ consideration as a first-rounder was his T-Rex arm length. Something like 32’1/4”. And as a LT for NC State that wasn’t going to translate well into the NFL.

So the Patriots took him in the first and moved him to guard. And the rest is history.

The team may want to consider doing that with Wynn.

Esp if Strange, who is making a big leap, isn’t ready to go as the day one starter.

The other difference is we’re rebuilding fighting to be a playoff team. In Thuney’s rookie year the Patriots won the SB.

Simply put, we didn’t have the luxury to do an FCS guard in the first round.

I would have liked taking Dean (Alabama) in the 3rd round.
Never can have too many LBs...

Reading the bios of the draft picks made me ****ing sick to my ****ing stomach.
