That's obviously led to him having become a topic of discussion leading to questions as to what the problem is.

Glad to see ownership becoming more involved in what goes on inside what I'm sure Little Billy considers his - and his family's - own personal fiefdom, before he ruins our young QB and with him Bob's last chance to see his team relevant again, before he you know what... Watching them lose 5 out of their last 6 games will do that to a guy...

It’s a problem going forward because if Bourne isn’t playing as much as he thinks he should or plays that are called put him as the 3-4 option…then he might perceive that Matt is intentionally trying go get him less involved. An unhappy worker is not a good worker.
