I don't think it's anything like that. Probably Judon's contract frustration boiling over. Intensity ramps up in padded practices, and he's probably decided he doesnt want to risk getting injured.
That reminds me of one of DeJean Jackson's first games in the NFL (might have been THE first game he played), where caught like a 60 yard TD running away from a guy, but spiked it before he crossed the goal line and the other team jumped on it. Learning moments. Rather he do it in camp than a game.
