I for one hope Inman sticks. The couple of catches during PS #1 was enough to see he has veteran savvy. I would hate starting out the year with 3 WR rookies.

We’ve seen a lot of young WRs look good early on and fizzle our, many ending up cut.

I don't claim to know enough about the game to know when "the scouting catches up", but also figure it does happen in the league. Teams will develop enough pro level film to see what players tendencies are, where they are weak and strong (especially against more consistent level defenders), etc. That's where you could see a player who was "meteoric" in rise come back to a more historical level based on college performance as defenders make rookies have to prove enough versatility to do things they are not strong at.

Alternatively, some people blossom in certain situations as well. The only true test as they say, is time.
