Are we going to ever get T Thornton involved in this Offense?? This is getting ridiculous most not all of the Rookie WR's are making some sort of Impact Thornton have been active for a while now. I can't believe we can't scheme Thornton open I don't think Meyers go Monday night which could be a problem for Mac.

How sick is Brown? He was dealing with an illness last Thurs, and still not even practicing?? Is it covid and they don't want to say it?
Also, when did Meyers actually enter the concussion protocol? Was it at the game? Or not until this week?
Now it seems certain he's out for this game. But I really hope Brown can be back

Bedard has become such a joke. His latest podcast is titled “Is the Cardinals game Belichick’s last stand?” He is claiming that his sources inside the organization tell him that the outcome of the Cardinals game may determine whether he is fired by the Krafts.

He now just flat-out lies about “what he is hearing” on a consistent basis, in order to try to stay relevant. He is so dependent upon his Felger and Mazz appearances that he twists himself into a pretzel trying to give hardcore F+M’s fans their red meat. I used to enjoy some of his podcasts but he is a clown now.

That's why he likes being on F&M with those other two clowns

I haven't read that article but it seems highly unlikely Belichick's future with the team would be tied to this one game. Against an NFC opponent. Even if they lose they could rip off 4 wins in a row against AFC teams to finish out the season. That would more than make up for a loss to the Cardinals. Aside from that the Krafts probably will have a close eye on what we do against Miami and Buffalo. If we lose those two then we're 2-4 in the division with a sweep of Zach Wilson. 0-4 against Miami and Buffalo would be incredibly demoralizing for the organization. At that point the Krafts may have some reconsiderations about Belichick's future but probably not enough to flat-out fire him. They also would obviously need to consider who would be the alternative to Belichick... right now the only semi-available guy to reasonably replace Belichick is Sean Payton (who is going to coast draft picks).

IF Conner McDermott is one of our Starting Tackles we can put this game in the loss column. BB must be stewing over that Wynn Fifth year option. :mad: :headscratch:

Thank goodness Brown was back today! We really need him healthy and dominating down the stretch.
That leaves Cajuste and McDermott as our only other tackles for the RT and emergency LT.
Super pissed about Meyers. And missing Mills & Harris is disappointing too.

Thank you for the info, I need not look forward to, or watch the game now.

Now do the other quarters. Don't they all suck? :rofl:

Can't imagine someone spent the time to show the Pats are weak in scoring TDs in the 4th Q.
...but a real challenge is to show when situationally they show some level of efficiency.

Nothing wrong with presenting data. Appreciate the effort.

Patriots rank 26th in 4th quarter scoring... teams beneath them are Houston, LAR, Denver, Chicago and Tennessee (who has major problems averaging a measly 1.8 points in the 4th quarter).

It's also worth noting that the Patriots ranked 3rd in 4th quarter scoring in 2021. They've dropped from 9.6 points to 4.4 points in one season.

Regarding all quarters:

1st = 2.7 points (28th)
2nd = 7.2 points (15th)
3rd = 6.5 points (3rd)
4th = 4.4 (26th)

So they're really weak at the start and finish of games. It's also interesting that their highest scoring quarter (the 2nd quarter) is the quarter that they have the lowest time of possession percentage at 42.33% (which ranks 32nd... last).
