McDaniels won't shed — or sweat — hoodies

Broncos are surprising some people after 2 games, including myself.

Good for McDaniels.

I hope they make the playoffs and we get to play them.

But yeah, good for McDaniels. He deserves a reprieve after a brutal off-season (IMO not his fault).

I wouldn't go that far. He initiated trade talks for Cassel, publicly denied it, then admitted he lied, then laid a hard-line on his QB.

Since then, he's gotten a great trade deal for this crybaby/immature QB, and won a miracle first game.

Their schedule after this week is BRUTAL. I hope he can store up any goodwill he receives now, he'll need it later this season.

Cutler asked for a trade when he didn't get his guy as coach.

He then got traded a month after.

What goes around comes around.

I guess I missed where he initiated trade talks...not that he wouldn't have had reason to. His crime was listening to trade talk, which is what any good organization concerned with long range goals does. Just landed his mentor a 1st in 2011.
