So, since NEP no longer in a bye week, that means they aren't making a decision til ne is out/SB over with?

I don't recall any other teams doing 'second round of interviews' offhand. At least not rounds of re-interviews of same folks . Either they continued interviewing more, or negotiated deals/conditions or just made a decision. Seems weird to me.

Not sure the Packers are a "dream job", aside from Aaron this team is a tad thin on quality..

IMO a dream job is Cleveland for Josh.. a hundred miles from his home town, son of a legendary Ohio HS coach, Cleveland has great "bones" what they need is a strong coach and strong staff who are all on the same page.. see Hard Knocks last year.
