MAYO??

You can think of it as basically $80M as long as you’re willing to cut JC Jackson.
Great he's gone that's more like it.

Alright show of hands who wants Josh back??

Didn't he go AWOL at the end??

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Judon traded also…not sure of that creates space but dude has ventures into wanting more $$ every year territory, is aging, and is candidly a luxury item on a rebuilding team.

I’m torn on this while I see the logic.
He’s a great leader and a locker room guy almost an extra cosch.
Those players are invaluable.
Especially to a rebuilding team.
Now if he wants to be on a contender trade him to say Detroit or Rams for a mid round pick.

Re: the reports of Mayo looking for Shanahan-system OC's to bring that "QB-friendly" timing and spacing in order to take a 1st Round QB... I don't agree that's necessarily the reason.
It could very well be to insert an already NFL-hardened QB, with less risk and with less "ramp-up" time as a rookie...
(Say, Mac Jones . Or, if they're smart - Jake Browning)

Either way, Williams & Daniels didn't play in that type of passing attack. Maye sorta, but without pressure in a non-competitive conf.

None are worth a #3 pick.

Agree. I’m on the “trade down a few spots and take a Tackle” train.

Maybe, but can you imagine if we're sitting here in a year after having watched Maye a/o Daniels perform like CJ Stroud for another team?

If you don't try, you die.

I would love to know what’s Mayos plan for the offense.
He probably won't publicly say it, but I can bet you his plan on offense is literally anything better thst the last 3 seasons..

I'd expect it's a modern offense using RPO, motions, shifts, down field passing.. sort of like a circa 2024 NFL offense.

??

How is that a modern offense?
