If the Krafts are intent on keeping Mac Jones, it makes perfect sense.I don’t see it.
I could be wrong but I don’t see it.

Biggest fear unlocked. If the Krafts are intent on keeping Mac Jones, it makes perfect sense.
I wouldn't want Josh.Doesn’t make a lot of sense. McDaniels wants to go with Bill, but only if Bill goes to Atlanta? If Bill goes to a different team, Josh wants to go to NE instead? Or is this saying Bill’s only option is Atlanta and he’s not gonna coach otherwise? And why would the Pats not interview Josh regardless and let him decide instead of letting it sit waiting on Bill? Why would Josh be the “top candidate in NE” but only if Bill doesn’t get a job somewhere else? Shouldn’t he be the top candidate regardless of what happens on other teams..?
I wouldn’t hate Josh coming back, but it doesn’t wow me. I would kind of rather hire Caley if they want to go that route, because Caley should be able to do a lot of what McDaniels would do but also has a year in the McVay system and is younger (though McDaniels is still relatively young). Caley might bring some new ideas. McDaniels is more proven though, and brings some stability and HC experience that Mayo could tap, even though he was a pretty big failure two times over as an HC, so I’m not sure how much that experience is worth… but better than not having it at all.I wouldn't want Josh.
We need to evolve to a team that can do lot more misdirection and qb plays from outside the pocket. The OTs are not athletic enough and DT/DE/LB are freak athletes. The pocket passer is dead in the NFL. OTs invariably get injured . So unless you can evade pocket youbrub the risk of turning into another garopollo. I see penix having those traits.
It's either the rams coordinators otherwise look for talent from college football , maybe some folks local to the Boston area.
Every coordinator position needs to meet the rule. They'll have to look at position coaches like we did last year in Bill's sham OC interviews.I am not sure we are required to do so for OC as the rule is "at least one minority candidate for ALL coordinator positions".
Besides, how many minority OCs are out there other than Eric B, Thomas Brown, and Brian Johnson?
Pretty sure at least one in person interview is req'd to meet the rule.Mayo's Senior Advisor will make sure that he is in compliance with any rules. After all, and interviews can be a 5 minute Zoom call.
I don't agree, things are going to be much different with Mayo running things. This teams gonna suck, just bringing back the same old crap with more in house hires.
McDaniels next if Bill doesn't get the Falcons job cause the Raiders are paying him, the defense won't be as good cause Mayo ain't Bill, this isn't a new era this is just the same old crappy coaching staff and front office and replacing Bill with Mayo.
Rebranding the same old crap, only way it'll get funnier and more of a joke is if they draft Harrison Jr and try and re-sell Mac Jones.
You haven't been paying attention, only Belichick should've been allowed to continue the rebuild. LolI can't imagine that anyone that wants to eventually move up would want to work here because they more than likely will not look good calling the offense of this **** show we call a football team.
Hey folks, I just got in what did I miss??You haven't been paying attention, only Belichick should've been allowed to continue the rebuild. Lol
