Agree on both. But bring in a QB coach after a year.
My reason being after having such confusion with Mac last year with OC/QB coach and a new system being implemented let BOB deal directly with Mac to lessen any confusion. My guess is Hoyer stays around and he is the surrogate helper.
If their is harmony this year then bring in a dedicated QB coach next year

Just a gut feeling, but I’m betting Troy Brown gets another shot after that dumpster fire last year. BOB will help him out instead of the many confusing, blank stares I’m sure he got from the pencil wielding defensive coach calling the offense.
