Supposedly, the Pats had a deal in place but Brady quashed it. That's what the scuttlebutt was. I don't know if it was true or not. If it is, that speaks volumes about how bad the relationship is between him and the Krafts.

The one saving grace for the Raiders is that no contracts are signed so if they need to pull out of any FA deals they still can.

That’s really bad business. Good luck dealing with those agencies for the next few years. All around a **** situation for a team to be in. Both teams.

No, they're like hundreds of millions under the cap.
The reason they overpaid was because a) no one really wanted to go there and b) they had to get to their salary floor.
