I'd agree that Josh has earned another shot, and I'd bet he has genuinely learned a ton from what went wrong in DEN plus having 5 more years with BB, but for his sake I just hope he picks the right one. The Niners have a pretty rich history over Josh's lifetime (roughly the same as mine) but it is clearly a pretty terrible ownership/upper management environment, so I guess I'd wish for a better situation for him. If he really wants it then good luck to him, but unless it's a total control situation I don't see the appeal of SF, at all.
