Definitely have to hit on one of those "Y" TE's in the Draft now. One who doubles as a effective pass catcher. Hope we don't go into the season with Allen as our #2.

He’s just different. He’s got a very outgoing, artistic and fun personality. We aren’t used to seeing that in a football player, so he gets the “strange” tag.

Like that dude on the Eagles who wore that genie suit to the SB parade, just not the type of person who we associate with the NFL.

I'm sure if the Pats come calling he'll reconsider retirement. Once training camps get underway he'll be with a team.

I’d jump for joy if Dwayne Allen was our “#2.”

My only concern is that he may be our TE1.
