Who has the 1st, 2nd, 3rd longest streak of HDTV telecasts?

















1st: NY JETS
Their last SD game was week 14 of 2006

2nd NE Patriots
The last Patriots SD game was week 15 of the 2006 season when they played Houston, 8th longest HD streak in the NFL

3rd: Indy
Their last SD game was week 16 of 2006

The NFC teams lead because FOX did more HD telecasts earlier than CBS who does the AFC

I know for a fact that the Jets had at least 1 SD game this past season... I remember the folks at JetsInsider *****ing about it.

FOX has committed to doing all gams in their HD format this year.
CBS...it's uncertain. Not all CBS NFL games have been telecast in HD. Pats fans have been HDTV coverage beneficiaries of their team's prominence.

See 1st post in the thread. I'll try to rephrase to eliminate the ambiguity.

2nd streak longest in the AFC.

There is another division in the NFL called the NFC. Those NFC teams seem to have longer HD telecast histories according to the HDTV mavens at AVS Forum.

Pretty sure the Browns game last year screwed up the Pats HD streak. I recall at the time the Browns were possibly the only team to never have an HD game. That obviously will change this year.
