LOL at the 49ers

I still think the 9ers are the best team in the NFC. But whoever the AFC rep is, whether its us, KC, or Baltimore should beat them. I really like that running back they have, Mostert. Wish we could get him

Nah, they arnt better than Seattle

They did lose to Seattle. It was a mistake and turnover plagued game that went to overtime.
Jimmy's best WR and TE did not play.

Yeah, don't know if they will be able to withstand all those losses on D. Fully healthy I think they had the best D in the NFL. Granted they still have some talent on D, but they have taken a lot of hits.
Their d at full strength was no better than ours. They starting showing cracks before the injuries.

Remember when the pats in 2012 lost to the Cards at home whom finished 5-11 or losing to the Browns in 2010? Hell even losing to the Eagles at home in 2015 too.

Last year lost to the Jaguars (highly rated at the time only to flop as the season went on) and the Lions.

I saw the lakers beat the break shoes of the Celtics, then they went into Chicago and smoked the bulls. But they lost badly to the spurs?? It doesn’t mean much

Are people still sleeping on how bad Jimmy G’s arm strength is and how his throws flutter?

He had an awful game. Big letdown.
If JG’s 65% 206 yd game is labeled “awful”
What do you call Brady’s 52% 126 yd game?

The game where the refs screwed Gronk out of a game winning TD and then Gost missed the FG?

I think ultimately l, as much as I enjoy them losing because the wife and her family are niners fans, feel they are all around a better team than the hawks. Defense is MILES better, offensive is only in Seattle's favor because of Wilson's play, and in general the 49ers are better at every position except starting running back, and obviously QB.

One poor offensive game in the playoffs and Seattle is toast. The 49ers at least have a stout D to keep the game close in the event of crap offense; Seattle doesn't have that margin for error.

49ers have a good team, great players and a special qb.

but then there is the coach,

as bb has said “great players can not overcome bad coaching!”

Aside from one game in 2016, their coach has been very good his whole career.

Yep...there’s a reason they are typically projected to win those huge mismatches 90% of the time. Because they win them 90% of the time. Which means they lose 10% of the time. The losses always stand out despite them being so few and far between when the Patriots are heavy favorites.

I don’t really get why there’s hate for the 49ers, other than the 1980s 49ers acted like the biggest bunch of losers around 2015 when their records were about to be passed, which was sad for me because as a young kid I was always enamored with their coolness and they were so great.

If the Patriots don’t win, I can think of like 10 teams I would HATE to see win. The 49ers are nowhere near that list. In the NFC, are people really rooting for the Packers or Seahawks over them? It would be an easy choice to root for the 49ers over literally any other AFC team than the Pats.

Down 14-3 to the Rams at home

Deebo is a fun player to watch.

I like their offense but their defense has regressed badly.

They will be lucky to win a game in the playoffs.

Amazing how they were pegged as the automatic Super Bowl representative of the NFC

No way you think that now. So many better NFC teams. Seattle, Saints, Vikings. I'd even take the Packers in a playoff game

Jimmy G learned from TB and it shows
