Falcons played well

The Falcons are a classic example of line play. When their O-line plays well, they are competitive. When it shts the bed, they stink. What is also funny, is that if the Eagles win the NFC East and the 49ers win the West, the Falcons would have beaten the East winner, the South winner and the West winner.

And also, Jones is an absolute stud. Again, the only receiver you have to account for and he still makes plays. Wish the Pats had him.

I think they’re the best team in the NFL. Every team loses games. Not surprising that Atlanta would understand how to counter Shanahan.

In actuality this game didn’t matter because the final game against Seattle will determine whether they’re the #1 or #5 seed. A win or loss here made no difference.

Anyway, this thread seems like something Pats haters would post.

1 loss in overtime to Seattle who is also 11-3
1 loss at Baltimore (who waxed us) on a last second FG
1 loss to a bad Falcons team again on the last play

They are very good. PS last year we lost to 5 non playoff teams and won the super bowl. Pretty sure most champions have lost to a subpar team

There were a few plays this weekend in various games where the announcers said they should just call it a TD because it was close and then let replay sort it out.

You know, like they should have done for both the fumble and Harry’s play last week!

Pats certainly don't have a loss anywhere close to being this bad.

Atlanta is finally healthy and looking to play spoiler which they did. I don't really know how you can say a team that is 11-3, beat New Orleans in their house and almost beat the Ravens in their house is overrated?

Wasn’t suprised. The falcons have been more competitive the second half and the 49ers had key injuries.
