Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

Jerrah Jones is in, he makes Kraft look like a choir boy.

No chance, if he's convicted. And rightfully so.

Yes. And a guy like Kraft should’ve known the difference.
Most of us would have

How the hell would anyone know? In truth, voluntary prostitution is so rampant in many countries there's no reason to force women into unless you're just a sick animal that gets off on that kind of thing. I know the prosecutor's narrative is always that the worker's were "trafficked" but, in reality, this is pretty rare.

How would this in any way mitigate the “humiliation “? Heck, Goodell destroying the tapes only emboldened the haters to cling more tightly to their cheating fantasies.

For all of you “he should have known” high horse riders. He paid with a credit card for goodness sakes. Do you honestly think he’s dumb enough to do that if he had any idea some or all of the massage therapists where sex slaves?

The more I hear about this the more I understand why his attorneys were so adamant in their statement on Friday. If I was him, I’d fight this to the very end. I’d get the police officials and the district attorney staff on the stand and make them explain why they let operations continue believing any of the staff was doing this against their wishes. I’d make the police officers testify as to looking through a peep hole watching as the sex slaves were degraded. Think about that for a minute and ask yourself if this is how law enforcement should work? “I know the woman is giving him hand stimulation against her will, but I’m going to watch as she does it, so I can arrest him for it”. Does that sound right to you?

Fight it. The damage had already been done in the court of public opinion. There is no video of the act, and any defense attorney worth their salt would would love a chance to cross examine the cop who watched. It will not make you look better but the police and prosecutors will come out of it looking worse.

The police have made it very clear there is video of the act. Does Kraft really want them playing video in court of him being jerked off?

He will want this to go away as quietly and quickly as possible. Last thing he wants is to be in court.

The act isn't a crime. Paying for it is a crime. Sex on video proves nothing.

He went there twice, So he knew what was being purchased the second time, who knows if that was the second time he visited that establishemnt, it was the second time he was surveiled
A little background on the area. Both Parcells and Belichick have a season residence which is on the south side of US-1. From the day spa it's a 2-minute walk. One of Jupiter's best restaurants (The Food Shack) is also located in the same strip mall. The Asia Spa is 4 doors door. I've walked passed it many times and never thought anything strange was going on. However, some of my friends say that they have seen Chinese ladies cooking food on hot plates out back.

As a full time resident, I find the timing of the bust troubling. There have been numerous Yelp reviews about the questionable business practices going back to 2014/2015. The Jupiter health inspector (2 years ago) raised concerns that they were signs of women living in the spa, including rooms with beds, clothing, and even a kitchen.

The spa was actually advertising the Tokyo Ultimate 4 Hand" massage. NO JOKE. Why now?

DHS conducted a 6 month investigation the current administration has placed a greater emphasis on sex trafficking than previous administrations. IIRC there have been more human trafficking arrests over the past 2 years than the previous 16 years. There is also an executive order signed in 2017 allowing for the seizure of all assets from those convicted of human trafficking. Kraft and the other high profile people are not at risk for asset seizure, just the operators.

It seems apt to point out at this stage that Ray Lewis killed a guy. Most likely two.

It's reality.

Do you know what yachting is and how many NFL owners engage in it, if not actual sex trafficking? Kraft’s sin here is pretty darn low in the grand scheme. That said, I don’t really give a crap. He’s been dead to me, along with every NFL owner, since they colluded/acquiesced to railroad a great man in 2015. Brady was told he would practically get no penalty if he threw two innocent, low-level ball boys under this bus and wouldn’t do it. Kraft couldn’t withstand 30 minutes at the owners meeting, and despite his supposed dedication to fight against the frame job, he somehow had a prepared, rehearsed speech about the 31 and why you should give into the majority opinion, right or wrong. So I frankly couldn’t give two craps however someone judges him. He’s a spineless man who was unwilling to do the right thing when it mattered most. But paying for a hand job is what it is...and isn’t what it isn’t. I’ve heard of much worse abuses of power than this rather pitiable incident involving a widowed older man.

We already know he's fighting this so your assertion is 100% incorrect.

What Kraft knew has to be proved by the prosecution. They need to tie the sexual act to the business transaction. So he's been there twice? He can argue that in both cases the sexual activity was a spontaneous voluntary act by all parties if the prosecution can't establish a link between it and his payment for a legal service.

He went there twice but so far there is only one account of anything happening. Maybe they have a second account but so far it hasn't been disclosed yet.

Troll job by the Jupiter (near Miami) police department

As much as I’d like to believe that, he’s also #12 of everyone they listed chronologically (by time and date of arrival), so might just be a coincidence.

The sex trade is a dark industry, littered with human trafficking, slavery, underage children, minors pretending to be adults, drugs, disease, bribery, abuse etc...

People suggested Vegas, even in Nevada underaged girls are pimped into brothels with false ID's and often abused. I guess he can call one of his rich buddies in the know? Well he might be calling the next Jeffery Epstein. "hey I have a girl for ya" she looks 22 but she's only 16. Escort services also harbor human trafficking and underage girls, it's not just limited to Asian massage parlors.

Imho any avenue he took could've ended up in a similar or worse situation, such is the nature of the industry.

You can keep telling yourself stuff like this but don’t think that it comes true if you wish it hard enough.

.

It's simple IMO, it's a lot more humiliating for people to see a sex tape vs them knowing one existed but was destroyed.

Owners are held to a higher standard...it's really that simple.
