I would think it would completely depend. If they simply stopped all cars leaving the establishment it will be thrown out. If the officers watched the deeds being done, then radioed down to other patrolmen that the old guy getting in the fancy car was caught on film doing something, stop him and get his id, then it might. I don't know and don't really care.
In Maine they had a big prostitution bust a few years back. A zoomba "instructor" in her studio was doing it. The police only prosecuted the guys who they had more than one image of and they could positively ID them with the pictures and records she kept. It isn't a slam dunk no matter what you might think, especially since these are minor cases as far as the DA's go, and my guess is Kraft will have one of the top lawyers in the country, with an unlimited amount of money to fight it.
