He also says the Pats may have gained an advantage from knowing Faulk was lining up for kicks. He returned once at the end of the first half. What an advantage.

According to FootballFanetic, King is a Pats homer.

but walsh or whosever was standing there in pats gear. does king thing once the rams practiced in front of them he will close his eyes and not see anything or report anything he saw ?
Also its matt walsh we are talking about ..not a football scout or coach. What can he tell which BB cant see ? Was that the first time in the superbowl that faulk received a kickoff ? i bet not. And even if he did , what plan on special teams did the pats have specific for faulk vs another runner ? ridicolous. i have always given king some benefit of the doubt but this article is downright antagonistic and personal with BB.

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

I find it interesting that Walsh who most likely was the source and was lying about the walk through tape (according to Felger those rumors were out for years and was fired for illegally recording conversations), is suddenly this totally believable figure. Who in their right minds thinks that he held onto all those tapes for future interviews? Yeah....suuuuure he did. But that's okay if he is a bad character because he is saying bad things about the Patriots and Belichick. Hey there is every reason to not believe anything this guy says or to believe what Belichick said either. It's clear they both lied. But that doesn't fit the agenda I suppose.

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

It doesn't help that the NFL chose to have "Movie Day" while waiting for Jolly Roger. Regardless, maybe Belichick looks bad, maybe the organization does, but now we move on and get back to winning football games.

OH...MY...GOD. So Walsh being at the walkthrough, WEARING PATRIOTS GEAR, has suddenly been interpreted as the Patriots 'gaining an advantage'?!? Are you f-ing kidding me? Do these people even think before they start typing?

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

On the contrary, the people who look bad are the complete morons in media like Peter King, who have lost all credibility with millions of readers like myself.

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

*shakes head* how can anyone take the media as anything but a joke at this point

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

You hear what Goddell says about Walsh being on the sidelines during the walkthrough and it is extremely clear the Rams could see he worked for the Pats with his Pats attire on, they didn't ask him to leave, and obviously cared less he was there.

You read King tell it and he makes it sound like stealing nuclear secrets and selling them to China.

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

The press does not want this thing to die.. will look for anything all the while Marvin Harrison looks dirty as hell and is getting "benefit of the doubt"...

Re: King:The end of Spygate: Walsh doesn't deliver, but Belichick still looks bad

More importantly, what's going on with Brett Favre?
