It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I was at a Celts-Rockets game years ago when Sampson went up for a rebound, got thrown off-balance and landed on his heels which then slid out from under him and he landed flat on his back with a thud you could hear from the nosebleeds where I was.
Place went totally silent and he wasn’t moving. Took a long time to stretcher him out and he still wasn’t moving.
Papers the next day said he was temporarily paralyzed from nerve swelling or something but he (obviously) recovered quickly.
Scariest thing I had ever seen at a sporting event.
He will be alright.
Early indication is that he did not suffer a severe injury.
