Yikes - another former NE TE’s life careens tragically out of control.

On a side note, what ever happened to him during his brief time in NE? My recollection is that he played for a game (or two), made a few decent plays, and was abruptly cut.

Basically it was this. The murderer was injured so they brought in the rapist for 1 game. He had 1 catch. He was cut the next week.
