I was around for the darkest days, but I doubt it as ever as bad as a Pats fan. At least back in the day I assume most thought they stunk and that was okay.

The Jets fans think they deserve a SB every year lol.

Sadly, we can match their Rich Kotite 1-15 with our Rod Rust 1-15.

Other than 2012 (49-19 plus Buttfumble) and 2010 (45-3)?

I'd love to see a stomp like that. It's been a bit since we've had a laugher. Baltimore would have been like that, sans the fumbles, but these things happen.

From what I've read, it sounds like Wilkerson and Richardson have been mailing it in all year.

Between the fat and lazy D line, the untalented linebackers, and the old and terrible secondary, the Jets defense is nothing to fear

Yea its crazy, i thought the Jets defense at the beginning of the season was going to be a juggernaut based on their talent alone.... boy was I off lol

It's insane that grown men getting paid what like Revis and Wilkerson are making would just get lazy and mail it in... what a huge front office blunder giving guys like that huge money

Very surprised with Wilkerson's season. Up to this year, this kid has played at an all pro level, even in those years he didn't get the nod. To me he was always the Rutgers player that got away. Only goes to show you what a difference that happens when a players intensity and comptetive level drops even marginally.

He played at Temple, but that's neither here nor there.

Given Jets season ticket holders have paid $20,000+ for seat licenses, I'd imagine they'd end up having some sense of entitlement...

What a slap in the jets' face by Wilkerson and Revis to start dogging it right after getting huge contracts.

I love it

Did you wash your hands afterwards?

Vegas seems to agree in the curb stomp theory. They opened at 16.5 points which is the largest spread for an NFL game in 3 years.

I wouldn't be surprised to see 30-3 at halftime and a conservative second half with Garrapolo/Brisette closing out the game. Key to this game is to win it, but without any injuries.

I was in New Jersey for the game at metlife a few weeks ago and had two jets tickets on my dash....................some low life scumbag jets fan smashed the window and left two more. The bastard!

You couldn't pay someone to take the tickets?

I realize that jets fans feel that it's a clever play on words to name their team fan site "gang green", they do realize that it's named after a condition that causes body parts to rot and die, don't they?

In the same thread one of the posters compared Petty to a young Brett Favre

I love that fanbase

Before he likely gave up, there used to be a Jet fan a few rows in front of me that made his way to every Jets/Pats game at Gillette. The first year he showed up with a #16 jersey. then a couple years later #10, then #17, then #5 (Bollinger), next #11, then he proudly pranced around in his #4, then #6 (he probably got a tattoo also), a few years later #7, then #1 , then #14 and this week he will likely be styling the puke g

If the guy wasn't such a dog-bag (gives the finger to the field when Rats make a play and occasionally aims it towards the crowd behind him), I'd almost feel sorry for him.

Jets fans are hilarious, which is fitting for such a circus of a franchise
