Joe Judge close to returning to NE

I've seen Joe Judge break down film before with the NYG and he seems to know what he's talking about. I just don't know what happened in NY though. I guess you can be a smart football guy but without strong management ability you are going to fail as an HC.

I think that Triumph was being a bit facetious here...
 
But their are a lot of talent evaluators here that say Judge will fail at calling offensive plays because he failed at HC like Bill did his 1st time.

I am concerned going into the 2022 season with, potentially, no specific designee as OC or DC. On offense, this could be a critical year for Mac. The second year for a young QB in the NFL is an important measure of his development. Stidham regressed in his second year, while TB stepped up. If BB is truly not going to bring in an OC, the only internal coach who has any experience working with NFL QBs is Lombardi. I hope Judge at least works with Achord to straighten out special teams. On defense, it appears to be either Mayo or Steve B. I would hope Mayo gets to call plays.
