I just think it's terrible how people are blaming Grigson for this mess. How can he possibly succeed when he has so much money tied up in a franchise QB? After all, what other teams have thrived in such an impossible situation?

I'm just so grateful that a clear-headed owner like Irsay, a man of great character, recognizes the hidden genius in Grigson so won't even consider moving on from him.
