With a performance like he had vs. Kansas City -- in a season the Jete were supposed to tank -- the man has earned an extension, wouldn't you say? He has been a veritable hero, a leading guiding light on an otherwise crap team. HUZZAH JOSH! Present and future Jete QB!

The Jete might win their sixth game Sunday. They're already safely out of franchise QB range in the '18 draft ... Maybe they can shoot for a safety or defensive tackle?

With their leader (McClown) now on IR, the Jete are a lock to go 5-11. It makes no sense that CBS Boston is showing Jete-Saints today when Fins-Beefalo holds greater relevance.

Interesting note: the Saints hired former Jete special teams coach Mike Westhoff.

I made the bold prediction in the preseason that at least four people would play QB for the Jets this year. It looked bleak while McCown flourished but there's still a chance now that Petty and Hack will have so little awareness and ability to adjust protections they'll get themselves killed in the remaining three games.

Summarizing: IF they put it all together on offense, defense and special teams, they'll be pretty good and IF each player commits individually to not giving up, they'll be competitive. Kudos to the Jete coaching and PR staffs for educating these morons. But I can understand the confusion: (1) they're Jete and (2) they were supposed to tank the season but failed because McClown didn't get the memo.

Tankathon | 2018 NFL Draft Order has the Jete valiantly holding on to the 8th position in terms of tanking, so the Jete continue to suck at everything, including sucking. Their big hope is that Jimmy G keeps on not sucking so the Jete can prove they suck more, but the 9ers play the Rams so the Jete might continue their lock on #8.

If the Jete were smart they'd look at the 9ers and realize that they really need to find a franchise QB, but they're the Jete so they'll find themselves another nice safety at #8.

I heard that Jete fans are all pissed off because the team's pro shop has increased prices to take advantage of offseason demand for logo gear. Too bad for them the in-season fire sales are over.
